By accessing or using REMOVE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

REMOVE provides automated scanning of data broker websites, submission of removal requests, and ongoing monitoring for re-listings. We act on your behalf to remove your personal information from third-party data brokers.

3. Authorization

By using the Service, you grant REMOVE a limited power of attorney and authorization to act on your behalf in submitting data removal requests, opt-out forms, and legal demands to data brokers. This authorization remains in effect for the duration of your active subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information for scanning and removal purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

REMOVE makes reasonable efforts to remove your data from data brokers but cannot guarantee removal from all sources. We are not liable for any damages arising from data broker practices or incomplete removals. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
